In response to the Vatican's accusation of putting on satanic shows, Madonna dedicated the song during a concert in Italy to Pope Benedict XVI. Madonna was once a Catholic herself.
Madonna's says "I dedicate this song to the pope, because I'm a child of God. All of you are also children of God,"
